# ChatGPT Ads Hit 31 European Markets — First Continental DSA Test

Ads remain **Free and Go only**; **Plus, Pro, and Enterprise stay ad-free**. Initial access is via OpenAI’s **Ads Solutions team**, agencies, and tech partners; **self-serve Ads Manager** comes **later this summer**. Standing rules: ads **labeled**, **separated** from answers, **do not influence** model output, conversations **private from advertisers**. OpenAI calls this its **largest expansion** after the **February** U.S. test and **eight** additional markets.
