Investors are still paying defence-and-infrastructure multiples while AI stocks wobble. **ASI** (Airspace Intelligence), a Boston company that builds AI systems for managing physical assets, on **Tuesday, October 20** announced a **$325 million** Series C at a **$3 billion** valuation. **Spark Capital** led, with affiliates of **Citadel Securities**, **Meritech**, **Craft Ventures**, **Energy Impact Partners** and **a16z** taking part, the company said.

ASI says its contracts include an **$875 million** US Department of Transportation and FAA program of record to modernise the National Airspace System and a **$99 million** US Army award tied to Next Generation Command and Control. It says it supports more than **4,000** Air Force operators and works with Delta, Alaska, United and National Grid. The money is for energy, logistics and tactical-edge deployments and for its Boston research and engineering teams.
