Higgsfield Adds TCV and NVIDIA to Its Series B and Says AI Video Revenue Passed a $1 Billion Run Rate
Higgsfield, a San Francisco AI video and image company with deep ties to Kazakhstan, says TCV and NVIDIA have invested in an extension of the Series B that DST Global led in August. It did not disclose the size of the extension or a new valuation; Bloomberg reported that the August round raised $400 million at a $5.4 billion valuation. Higgsfield says its annualized revenue run rate passed $1 billion in September and that it has more than 40 million users. Those figures are its own.

Higgsfield's announcement adds two investors but no price, so the notable number is the company's own revenue claim rather than the round. On Friday, October 23, the AI video and image company said TCV and NVIDIA had invested in an extension of its Series B, which DST Global led in August.
The round
Higgsfield did not say how much the extension raised or at what valuation. AI Affairs, citing Bloomberg, reported that the August Series B raised $400 million at a $5.4 billion valuation. Higgsfield names Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Tribe Capital, AI Capital Partners, Smash Capital, GFT Ventures and Valor Capital as other participants in that August round.
Higgsfield says it will use the money for product development, global infrastructure, hiring and go-to-market expansion. It timed the announcement, made from San Francisco and Astana, to NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's first visit to Kazakhstan.
What Higgsfield says about its business
- Revenue. Higgsfield says it crossed $1 billion in annualized revenue run rate in September, 18 months after launch.
- Users. It says it has more than 40 million users in 238 countries and territories, with the United States as its largest single market.
- Business customers. AI Affairs reported that Higgsfield said revenue under contract from business customers had grown tenfold since June.
AI Affairs noted that a run rate describes revenue at an annualized pace, not sales over a completed year.
The NVIDIA relationship
Higgsfield says it has run on NVIDIA hardware from L40 and A40 GPUs through the Hopper and Blackwell generations and is expanding to Vera Rubin. It also says it uses NVIDIA Dynamo for its own inference workloads. "AI factories produce intelligence in the form of tokens and the application layer is where those tokens become useful," NVIDIA's Rev Lebaredian said in Higgsfield's announcement.
Limits
- The run rate, user count and contract growth are Higgsfield's figures; none has been independently audited or verified.
- The $400 million and $5.4 billion figures come from Bloomberg as cited by AI Affairs; we did not read the Bloomberg report.
- Neither TCV nor NVIDIA disclosed the size of its investment.
