Cite and reuse Times of AI

This page says how to credit Times of AI and what you may reuse. It is a plain summary, not legal advice. The licence texts linked below govern.

Licence#

Tables, and the table embed images generated from them, are licensed under CC BY 4.0. You may reuse them freely, including commercially, if you credit "Times of AI (timesof.ai)" and link to the article or the section anchor.

Article text is licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. You may share and quote it with credit and a link. You may not use it commercially or publish it in edited form.

We have not set a separate licence for cover illustrations, so please treat them like article text, under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.

These licences do not limit any rights you already have under copyright exceptions such as fair use or fair dealing.

How to cite#

The suggested format is:

Times of AI Desk, "<Title>", Times of AI, <date>, <URL#anchor>

Use the byline shown on the article if it names a person, and the publication date shown on the article. Add the section anchor when you cite a table or one section. For example:

Times of AI Desk, "RTX Spark Gets a $2,599 Price, and Windows Gets a Cage for Agents", Times of AI, Oct 8, 2026, https://timesof.ai/2026/10/microsoft-nvidia-rtx-spark-surface-laptop-ultra-mxc-ga#what-you-can-order

Every table has two buttons beneath it. Link copies the URL of that table's section. Embed copies a snippet with the table as an image that links back to that section, plus a credit line, for example Source: Times of AI · timesof.ai/2026/10/slug#section · CC BY 4.0. Keep that line when you publish the snippet. Both buttons need JavaScript. Without it they are ordinary links.

Name clarity#

Times of AI is published at timesof.ai. It is not affiliated with timesofai.com.

Press and contact#

For press questions, permission to use article text beyond CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, tips or corrections, email [email protected]. /about says who runs Times of AI. /corrections is the log of dated corrections and updates.

Third-party material#

We cite lab announcements, benchmark trackers, news reports and other sources, and we sometimes quote them. Those sources keep their own terms. Our licences cover what Times of AI contributes, not any rights others hold in the material we quote or link to. Check the original terms before reusing quoted lab or third-party material, including figures that appear in our tables.
