Claude Cowork Adds ‘Record a Skill’—Teach Workflows by Screen Recording

This is a demonstration-to-automation path: instead of writing long instructions or scripts, users show Cowork how a workflow works. It extends Cowork’s July 7 mobile/web expansion with a desktop-native skill authoring mode aimed at repeatable office and engineering chores.

Agent products win when capture cost falls.
