ZoomInfo Buys DoubleO.ai — Multi-Agent GTM Orchestration on the Context Graph

ZoomInfo acquired DoubleO.ai, an agentic orchestration layer for reliable multi-agent go-to-market motions. Terms undisclosed. The bet is that B2B context plus orchestration — not another demo chatbot — is the bottleneck for revenue automation enterprises will trust.

Everyone has shipped an agent demo. Almost no one trusts one to run a full go-to-market motion twice the same way. ZoomInfo’s answer is to buy the orchestration layer and bolt it to the data graph it already owns.

ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM) announced via Business Wire — carried in full by VentureBeat (~5:30 a.m. PT) — that it has acquired DoubleO.ai, an agentic orchestration platform built for reliable multi-agent automation. Financial terms were not disclosed. DoubleO, founded in 2024 by Derek Osgood and Karthik Suresh after Ignition (later acquired by Klue), already powers GTM workflows at Fortune 500 and growth-software firms — champion job-change tracking, closed-won → lookalike pipeline, and related engagement motions.

The proprietary read is distribution, not novelty: ZoomInfo pairs DoubleO’s orchestration with what it calls a GTM Context Graph — 100M+ companies, 500M+ contacts, billions of signals — and positions GTM.AI as the headless / Model Context Protocol home for agents across Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, ChatGPT, and others. CEO Henry Schuck’s quote in the release is the stake in one line: revenue leaders have seen demos; almost none have seen an end-to-end GTM motion actually run. Osgood’s counter-claim is reliability at enterprise scale (“10x” versus babysat demos) and that ZoomInfo’s graph was the missing unlock. Treat those percentages as company rhetoric, not audited lifts.

This is public-company GTM M&A at a moment when enterprises distrust flaky agents. It consolidates a B2B data advantage with orchestration IP. It does not disclose valuation, earnouts, close conditions, or integration timelines beyond the product pitch.

Limits

  • Terms undisclosed — do not invent a price or multiple.
  • Primary Business Wire URL returned errors on some fetches; copy used here is the VentureBeat reprint of the BW text plus StockTitan GTM coverage. Label accordingly.
  • Graph sizes, “Fortune 500” deployment claims, and “10x” reliability language are company statements, not independent audits.
  • No platform slug on this desk’s taxonomy matches ZoomInfo or DoubleO — platforms omitted.
