KPMG Digs Claude Into 276,000 Professionals — Big Four Lock-In, Tax and Legal First

Professional-services AI is no longer a pilot slide. Embedding Claude into a Big Four delivery platform at hundreds of thousands of seats is a usage and feedback flywheel — and another firm choosing a frontier stack.

KPMG and Anthropic (May 19) announced a global alliance and the launch of KPMG Digital Gateway Powered by Claude, embedding Anthropic’s frontier AI into KPMG’s client delivery platform. Claude access extends to KPMG’s more than 276,000 professionals worldwide (138 countries cited), with initial focus on tax and legal clients. Joint Center of Excellence and training programs accompany the roll-out.
